Sample letters to complain to AtW and ICE

Published: Feb 13th, 2014

If you’re having problems with AtW decisions, these sample letters (taken from DeafATW.com) might save you time and know what to say:

1) Asking for a reconsideration (resource below)

2a) Making your first complaint to AtW (resource below)

2b) A covering letter to tell your MP about your complaint

3) Complaining to the Director General DWP 4) Complaining to ICE They are designed so that if you still need to complain to the PHSO after you’ve complained to ICE, you’ve asked AtW the right questions.
