Deaf Mental Health Support Group

104 projects CIC are running a Deaf Mental Health Support group for BSL users over four weeks from Tuesday 2nd February. Zoom sessions will take place from 6.30pm – 8pm and participants will be encouraged to talk about their mental health under Covid.

We are looking for 6-8 people to take part and the final session will be recorded and participants will talk on zoom about how they feel and how they are coping with the ongoing pandemic. These testimonies will then be edited and put online to help others who may be struggling.

If you are interested in taking part, please apply asap as high demand is expected. It is important to remember we will be editing the final testimonies and putting them online, so participants will need to be comfortable with that
