Location: Warwickshire 
Salary: £8.69 per hour  
Hours: Full time and part-time hours are available

Fixed term contract until 31st July 2020 with possible extension

Are you an experienced Housing Support Worker who has a passion working with learning and physical disabilities?- We would like to hear from you!

As a Support Worker, you will be part of our small  friendly team providing housing related support to our service users who have physical and learning disabilities to enable them to sustain their tenancy and promote their independent living within the community.

As part of the role you will have your own caseload of clients for whom you will carry out assessments,identify their needs for housing  related support,complete risk assessments and follow their enablement plan to help them maintain good quality housing.You will be working in the disperse area of Warwickshire therefore it is essential that you have access to a vehicle and ideally you will live in the Warwickshire area with the opportunity to work form home.
