The role
As a Junior Product Analyst you will join a collaborative team, working with 3rd party support and the Business GPO, to ensure the smooth operation of Corporate Systems (HSE, Legal, Comms, Facilities, etc.).
You will be crucial in providing day to day support, improving service delivery, contributing to change prioritisation and impact assessments for all applications and integrations in your specialist area. You will support the user community in accessing standard methodology processes and key functional opportunities. In this role, the emphasis is on following a methodical approach, handling daily operational tasks, and fostering important connections within ITV and with external partners.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- A Level or equivalent in IT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with people of differing levels of seniority and knowledge.
- Be capable of working collaboratively with business collaborators.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in prioritizing various tasks simultaneously and maintaining balance.
- Familiarity with digital efficiency tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Be confident working autonomously and drive tasks forward using your own initiative, demonstrating proactivity and a self-motivated approach.
- Pragmatic decision-making skills.
- Participate in thorough continuous self-learning, as well as supporting others to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours.
This role entails
- Technical support of a range of tools the team is responsible for, including (but not limited to): Contracting & Document Management applications such as Docmoto, IronClad and Adobe Sign. Facilities Management applications e.g. Planet FM, Card Exchange.
- Provide support and mentorship to business users on technical business matters of the Corporate Services applications with advice from the Product Analyst.
- Ensure standard methodologies are followed and upheld, looking for opportunities for ongoing improvement when necessary.
- Support the Product Analyst in handling business and vendor relationships.
- Handle support tickets via our incident management system, ServiceNow.
- Input into third line support tickets with the outsource provider.
- Assist in collecting data insights and incident trends to make continuous improvements and informed decisions.
- Support Product Analyst in any audit reports that are in scope for Corporate Services.
- Support the business in end user training for AdobeSign.
- Ensure all training materials are kept up to date.
- Support the Contract Lifecycle Management project when required.
- Support the Application Security Product Analyst with user role assignment in Oracle Fusion.
- Support the Product Analyst in new product releases; impact assess in line with internal governance.
